The PBR Whitewater Revival is a local whitewater event/competition on the Payette river system to raise money and awareness for the Boise City River Recreation Park. The event is created to bring whitewater enthusiasts' together to compete, participate and celebrate Idaho's Payette and Boise rivers. Weekend events include the 2008 WWCS National Rafting Championships, Lunch Video Magazine’s Giant Slalom extreme kayak races, Junior and Cadet freestyle events, river boarding exhibitions and non-stop action. The event will also showcase DJ's, BBQ's, and Blue Grass Music.
